1. Select and put to use
Select
different belt types according to the different
temperature, surface, viscosity conditions and other
data of conveying materials.
The rubber cover
temperature and the belt use time are closely connected.
Please make full of tests of the temperature and other
conditions, and then choose the suitable ones.
The
thicker rubber cover is very important, we advise that
the thickness of top rubber cover is 6-9mm, the bottom
cover is 2-4mm.
2. Use requirement:
Please survey
and record and supervise the temperature of the belt
cover from time to time, and prevent the unnecessary
higher temperature.
Cooling the belt when it is
necessary.
Put the materlials on the belt
evenly.
Prevent against the oil.
Unload the
materials once the belts was stopped. |
