Hebei Haode Rubber & Plastics Co., Ltd., is a professional rubber conveyor belts manufacturer with high starting point, high input and high technology. Our company was founded in November, 2007, and with one hundred million Yuan registered capitals. Our manufacturing basement is located in the High-Tech Zone, Wuyi County, Hengshui City, where is very close to No. 106th national highway, and the Jinghu, Shihuang, Hengde three highways join with it together, so the traffic is very convenient and can extend to all directions. The area of our company is 200 mu, among it, the workshop building area is 50,000.00 square meters, office building area is 6,000.00 square meters.

We have 270 staffs, and among them, there are 4 higher managements, 3 senior engineers, 3 engineers, 200 skilled workers, 10 sales persons, 50 current managements. And the company has 7 branches, including: office, marketing department, supply department, production department, quality inspection department, technology development department, finance department. Our total assets reach to RMB25,000,000,000.00, among it, our fixed funds are RMB20,000,000,000.00 (not include the office building and workshop building), our circulating funds are RMB50,000,000.00, and our company land value are RMB40,000,000.00.

We passed the ISO9001 and ISO14001, and we have more advanced testing machines, which introduced from Taiwan. And we strictly carry out a whole testing system, including the raw material purchase to complete product testing. And in 2014, we passed the France Bureau Veritas strict testing.

Our company mainly produce steel cord belt, multi-ply conveyor belt, whole carcass fire resistant conveyor belt, and special performance conveyor belts, such as cold/heat resistant conveyor belt and so on. The designed annual production capability is RMB300,000,000, among it, the multi-ply conveyor belt  production capacity is 5,000,000 square meters, and the whole carcass fire resistant conveyor belts production capacity is 600,000 liner meters each year, and steel cord belt production capacity is 300,000 square meter. 

The company owns an advanced blast heating type production line with draw-off method for whole carcass fire resistant conveyor belt, and four press cure lines of 1.8 x 8 meters, 1.2 x 8 meters and 1.6 x 8 meters x2, 2.0 x 8meter x 2, 2.6 x 8 meters, 2.4x 8meters press cure (8 sets totally), we also have a high efficient multi-ply one-shot jointed molding machine unit, 24” 4 roll calendaring linked line.
